Introduction

Jet mill is designed for ultrafine grinding, can be crushed to 5-20 um particles, suitable for all kinds of brittleness, crystals, heat-sensitive, low and medium hardness materials dry ultrafine crushing.

Structural Details

1.Feeder

Feeder adopts stainless steel SS304 material, the outer surface of the polished surface precision 0.8umRa. The internal high polishing, precision can reach 0.4umRa .Inner wall is smoothest  and is not easy sticked material,  witch is suitable for various brittle and crystalline ultrafine body, heat sensitive, low hardness material crushing.

2.Grinding Chamber  

The grinding chamber is designed with double fractions, which is convenient for cleaning and the inner wall of the grinding chamber is made of high polishing process, so that the rotating material mixing airflow can be better crushed. The inside is provided with a dust removing interface, which can filter the tiny particles after the crushing of the material, and the clean air is discharged out of the air.

 

3.Storage Bin  

Storage: storage using SS304 stainless steel material, the surface of 0.8umRa, the inner wall with high polished up to 0.4umRa. cutting inclination is 70 degrees, so that the material is not easy adhesion, convenient feeding and cleaning.

 

 

Engineering Case:

The production system is a combination of grinding and packing, is being used for fine baked package production, including CFJ-6 type hammer crusher and combination metering valve packing system, can achieve 80 accuracy of the aim of crushing crushing and packing work. The equipment is connected with a sealed pipeline to ensure the aseptic and high efficiency continuous production.

The left is the combined comminution and transportation dust removal system is being used for powder production, including CFJ-12 type horizontal grinder, turnover silo and continuous vacuum cleaner, can realize the crushing work below 80 mesh. The mixed material after rotating the bucket through the pipeline directly into the mill, the mill can be efficiently crushed into a continuous work. The equipment is connected with a sealed pipeline to ensure the clean and efficient continuous production.
