Introduction
Designed to integrate drying, pelletizing, and coating together in one machine, DFZ series is fluid bed equipment with multiple function researched on the basis of learning from similar foreign equipment. According to different processing products, three different processing conditions (top spray, bottom spray and tangential spray) could be achieved by assembling different fluid bed parts while the other functional system can be shared (air processing system , fuselage components for fluid systems, air supply system, control system). Different fluid bed structure is the core technology. With their own special function, the substantial differences among the three are the materials’ fluidization and the jetting mode of liquid.
