Technical Synopsis

Top spray

Materials in the trough flow upward into drying chamber with the drive of bottom-up airflow. As the movement diameter increases and the flowing rate reduce, materials fall back into trough with gravity. Flowing circle runs again repeatedly with irregular flowing state.

Features

Due to reverse spraying, the route of droplet is long.

Application

1.Drying and spray drying;
2. Pelletizing;
3. Producing instant particles;
4. Coating. 

Bottom spray

Combined with fluidization and pneumatic conveying, ascent area in ​​the center and the fluidization area around draft tube are formed. Due to fast gas velocity in ascent area, powders are in a highly decentralized state and bonding is effectively prevented. Ascent area is formed from the center to the extension chamber with the push of bottom-up airflow and descending area is formed while materials’ gravity overcomes the decreasing flow drive and fall back to the outer round of annulus area. Reciprocating flow cycle between the center and the outer round of annulus area turns the random fluidization into a regular one.

Application

(1)Powder coating: 1. Water solution of molecular polymeric material, film coating of organic solvent;  2.Slow release  

coating and controlled release coating;  3. Enteric coating;  4. Fine particle coating;  5. Active drug coating.

(2) Particles (pellets) coating: Certain intensity, small surface area, few micropore and compact surface.

Tangent spray

Combined with rotating fluidized bed and tangential spray, materials in trough moves like spiral strand with the force of centrifugal force, airflow driving force and gravity. For each single powder, the track is almost constant.
