Wet mixer integrates mixing, humidification, and pelletizing process in one machine which could be finished in 8-15 minutes with high efficiency. Finished pellets are with equal granularity and with super flow ability after dry. It is particularly applied for thermo sensitive materials due to its short processing time and less friction. The whole pelletizing process is conducted in enclosed container which effectively avoids cross infection. The whole machine is made by stainless steel which will not work with chemicals. Without blind angle in container and discharge outlet, this machine matches GMP audit crieteria. It is composed of 6 parts, main machine frame, speed reducer, discharge outlet, chopping device(mix assistant), operation electronic box and balance pot cover. With multiple design of safety interlock, operation safety is ensured.

1. Siemens PLC computer programming; human-computer interface and screen display operation; inputing temperature, moisture, operation time, speed and other data into micro-computer and programe runs automatic adjustment and control. High automaticity makes easier operation;

2. Designed with three-dimensional CAD research, Z-shaped stirring paddle improves the scrapping effect for inner container(0.5-1mm space between strirring blade and pot bottom). Pelletizing effeciency is improved by reducing materials clinging to inner walls and by lowering collision between material pellets and inner wall. Rate of fine powder is less than 8%. Cutting knfe, made by superior quality stainless steel by rire-electrode cutting, improves stability while high-speed running and improves cutting and pelletizing effect;

3. With emptying devices on the top, it could release redundant moisture to prevent powder binding into chunk and could also prevent powder release loss;

4. Well equipped safety protection devices. Engine could only be activated by password when pot cover is open, thus ensuring the safety of operator and equipment;

5. It thoroughly solved the shaft sealing problem of mixer pelletizing machine by double composite technology-using oil-filling rubber to seal cutting machine and rotating shaft, and spiral gas-filling;

6. Productivity has been increase by 4-5 times of before by integrating mixing and pelletizing in one process. Finished pellets are firm with almost the same size.
