Introduction

Feed auxiliary material storage bin on the machine top with irregular wet dough, processed and mixed with powder and solvent. While the screw machine rotating, it starts to feed materials at constant speed which later pass the vertical rotating extruder. By scraping, pressing, feeding, and crushing in vertical rotating extruder, short cylinders are produced at the orifice plate. Short cylinders fall into timing-valve storage bin with gravity and time valve opens every N seconds. Thus batches of cylinders are conveyed into centrifugal spheronization shaping chute. After a series of complex movements of plate-breaking, rotating pinching and centrifuging, pneumatic gate discharges pellets with same diameter.
