Introduction

Fill material chute with powder materials and spray appropriate amount of atomized seriflux. Due to the binding effect of seriflux, powder bonds mutually to form tiny pellets. This is the “master batch making” process.

Feed material chute with dried and filtered “rough pellets”, then spray proportional atomized seriflux and powder. Rough pellets expand accordingly and well-conglobated pellets are made in a giving time peoriod.

Feed the material chute with finished pellets and then spray appropriate amount of atomized coating liquid to form equally-distributed coating membrane.
