Introduction

Columned materials are cut into identical short cylindrical granules (in proportion with the column diameter) by tail-wagging cutter incentrifugal rotary table. With the comprehensive effect of centrifugal force; the friction among granules, fluted disc, and inner wall; and air driving force between rotary table and cylinder, all granules are under three-dimensional spiral rolling movement and instantly rounded into pellets by the kneading effect.

Structure

Rounding machine is composed of feeding hopper, material chute, rotary table, discharging device, air-exhausting and moisture-exhausting cabinet (optional device), controlling system, pneumatic system, etc.
