Introduction
Cylindrical extrudates fed into the machine are cut into uniform short cylinders by breaker teeth on a high-speed centrifugal plate. Through combined centrifugal force, particle-to-surface friction (plate, chamber wall, inter-particle), and airflow dynamics between the plate and chamber, all particles undergo three-dimensional spiral tumbling. This generates homogeneous kneading action, rapidly rounding particles into spheres.
Structure
