Introduction
Experimental rounding machine is designed for laboratory and research institutions, with advantages of small volume and light weight, etc.
Columned materials are cut into identical short cylindrical granules (in proportion with the column diameter) by tail-wagging cutter incentrifugal rotary table. With the comprehensive effect of centrifugal force; the friction among granules, fluted disc, and inner wall; and air driving force between rotary table and cylinder, all granules are in three-dimensional spiral rolling movement and instantly rounded into pellets by the kneading effect.
Structure
Rounding machine (experimental) is composed of feeding hopper, rotary table, discharging device, controlling system, pneumatic system, etc.
