Introduction
Designed specifically for laboratory and research institution requirements, this compact and lightweight laboratory-scale spheronizer processes cylindrical extrudates.Feed material (cylindrical strips) is cut into uniform short cylinders by breaker teeth on a high-speed rotating centrifugal plate. Driven by centrifugal force, friction between particles and surfaces (teeth, wall, other particles), and airflow dynamics between the plate and chamber, all particles undergo an intricate three-dimensional tumbling motion. This generates homogeneous kneading action, rapidly rounding the particles into spheres.
Structure
Comprised of a feed hopper, spheronization plate (rotor), discharge mechanism, control system, and pneumatic system.
Features
1.Dust-free operation and zero material loss: ensures a clean process and preserves valuable material.
2.High throughput and yield: achieves rapid cycle times with excellent product yield.
3.Premium spheronization: produces micro-pellets with exceptional sphericity, smooth surfaces, and uniform ingredient distribution.
4.Adaptive process control: customizable motion parameters ensure optimal process stability and product consistency.
