Introduction

Sharing the same working principle with LXJ vertical rotating extruder, CXJ cooling vertical rotating extruder extrudes cylindrical stripes by mixing, feeding, pressing and extruding. On the basis of LXJ vertical rotating extruder, in order to prevent materials slithery, CXJ develops cooling function so that extruding temperature could be set and controlled.

Features

1.Obvious effect for cooling. Equipment generates no heat and temperature of extruding areas could be controlled 

  under 5℃（refrigerating fluid or underground water） or 10℃(tap water);

2.Materials in extrusion bin are not slithery;

3.Leakage is prevented. Two connectors, one feeding connector and one water discharging connector, both are

 quick-check type and easy to connect;

4.For easy fever or strict to temperature control of heat-sensitive materials can realize continuous production, greatly

 improving the production capacity, material choice is greatly augmented.

5.Materials’ temperature could be inspected and set while processing, and auto-controlled.
