Introduction
The system consists of an FIBC discharging station (with vibrating hopper), crusher, small bag charging station, dust collection system, pneumatic rotary valve , and trough screw conveyor.
Working Principle
FIBCs are lifted by an electric hoist to the inlet of the FIBC discharging station (vibrating hopper). After passing through the side door, the discharged material falls into the crusher. The crushed material then enters the small bag charging station. Dust generated during both the small bag charging and crushing processes is captured and filtered by the integrated dust collection system. Material from the small bag station passes through a magnetic separator (which removes ferrous metals) and is then transferred via the rotary valve to the trough screw conveyor for delivery to the next process stage.
