Introduction
In this twin-shaft configuration, the feeding screw and the screening unit are independently driven by two separate motors, allowing for precise control of both feeding speed and screening speed.Materials are fed into the rotating chamber via the screw conveyor. Inside, high-speed rotating paddles generate centrifugal force that propels materials outward against the cylindrical screen. Fine particles pass through the screen and are automatically discharged into the collection bin, while oversized particles are expelled through a coarse discharge outlet for further processing. This design significantly improves screening efficiency and is ideal for applications requiring high precision and continuous operation in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.
Features
1.Fully enclosed structure to prevent contamination of materials.
2.Optimized clearance between paddles and screen avoids metal-to-metal contact.
3.Wide selection of screen meshes available to meet various processing needs.
4.Quick-release structure allows for easy disassembly and convenient cleaning.
5.Fast, convenient cleaning process minimizes downtime.
6.Air-sealed bearings prevent dust ingress and extend service life.
7.Stepless speed regulation, with optional digital speed display.
8.Integrated and user-friendly design for easy operation and optimal sieving performance.
